Privacy Policy – Sowińce Nasz Dom

What data we use and why

Legal basis

We process correspondence and technical data under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in replying, protecting the form and site, and establishing or defending claims. Where processing is required by law, the basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Providing data in the form is voluntary, but without an email address and message we cannot reply.

How long we keep data

We keep messages for as long as needed to reply and close the matter, and then for no longer than 12 months. Data may be kept longer where required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims, until the relevant limitation periods expire.

The form content is sent by email and is not stored in this website’s database.

Who may receive data

Data may be accessed by providers of hosting, email services, technical maintenance and site security, only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose data to authorised authorities where required by law.

We do not sell data or use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, rectify or erase it, restrict processing and object to processing based on our legitimate interest. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may complain to the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.

To exercise your rights, write to kontakt@sowincenaszdom.pl. We may request information needed to confirm your identity where necessary to protect the data.

Cookies and browser storage

The public site currently uses no analytics or marketing cookies and no embedded tracking tools. We do not load external videos, maps or social buttons that would set cookies before your choice.

After you decide, we store the essential first-party cookie sowince_cookie_consent and a copy in your browser’s local storage. It contains the consent version, selected categories and decision date, contains no unique identifier and expires after 180 days. This lets us respect both acceptance and refusal.

WordPress may set technical authentication cookies only for people signing in to the administration panel. Optional categories are off by default. If we add analytics or marketing tools, they will run only after the relevant choice, and we will ask again if the purpose or provider list changes.

External links and policy changes

The site links to the association’s Facebook profile. Data is sent to that service only after you click the link; from then on, Facebook’s privacy rules apply.

We may update this policy if the site’s operation or legal requirements change. The current version is always available at this address.
